RAW, NEVER ROASTED, FOR FLAVOUR YOU CAN ACTUALLY TASTE
Almost all chocolate is roasted hard at 120 to 150°C, which flattens a cheap bean into something predictable and a little dull. We never do that. Our bars are made from rare Peruvian Criollo cacao, kept below 42°C and stone-ground slowly over 60 to 80 hours, so the bean's natural fruitiness and goodness survive all the way into the bar. The result is brighter, more complex and genuinely creamy, whether you reach for a deep dark square or a smooth dairy-free mylk.

Our range runs the full spectrum, so there is always a right bar for the moment. If you love things intense, the Pure Peruvian 100% and Atey Ate% 88% are pure, unsweetened or barely-sweetened cacao at its boldest. For a balanced everyday square, the Signature Seventy and citrus-lifted Euphoric Orange sit right in the sweet spot, while the Amarillo Chilli brings a warming Peruvian kick. Prefer something creamy? Our plant-based mylks, made with rice and oat milk, give you all the comfort of milk chocolate with none of the dairy, from the rich Dark Mylk to the refreshing Minty Mylk.

We sweeten naturally with low-GI yacon syrup or coconut blossom sugar, so the sweetness comes from prebiotic fibre your body barely registers as sugar. The cacao is grown under the Amazon canopy using agroforestry, and every bar is wrapped in plastic-free, fully compostable packaging, right down to the parcel tape.

What makes your chocolate bars raw?
Our bars are made from cacao that has never been roasted. We keep it below 42°C from start to finish and stone-grind it slowly, which preserves the bean's natural flavanols, minerals and complex fruity flavour that high-heat roasting flattens.
Are all your chocolate bars vegan and dairy free?
Yes, every bar in this range is vegan and dairy-free, including our creamy mylks, which use rice and oat milk instead of dairy. They are also free from the top 14 allergens and made in a strict nut-free facility.
Which bar should I try first?

Do your bars contain sugar?
Our Pure Peruvian 100% is genuinely unsweetened. Every other bar contains no refined sugar, sweetened instead with naturally low-GI yacon syrup or coconut blossom sugar, so they sit comfortably with low-GI, keto and diabetic ways of eating.
What sizes and prices are the bars?
