ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE
Most chocolate companies roast the cacao beans as a part of their process in making their chocolate. We skip this stage in order to maintain the natural properties that are found in a cacao bean. This is what is known as raw cacao.

One of the biggest differences is that we are the only chocolate producing company in the UK that sweetens some of our chocolate bars with only Yacon Syrup.
Yes. There is a flat rate of £12 for international delivery. This price includes being fully tracked.
You can buy our chocolate on our online store, and you can also find us in many independent retailers throughout the UK. If you can’t find us in any stores, drop us an email on the contact page and we will tell you the nearest stores to you that stock our bars.
All of our bars are 35g each, and measure 11.2cm x 4.2cm.
Our chocolate contains no refined sugar. Instead, we sweeten our bars with healthier, natural alternatives. No artificial sweeteners or ingredients are used. We use Yacon Syrup, in four of our bars. We also use Coconut Sugar in our Vegan Mylk Chocolate Bars.
Coconut sugar has a GI (Glycaemic index) of 54, 10% lower than regular sugar. Yacon syrup has a GI of just 1.
The lower the GI, the lower the impact on your blood sugar levels.
No. Our chocolate contains no palm oil.
Mr Popple's Chocolate is strictly palm oil free due to the negative environmental consequences resulting from the production of palm oil and the nature of its plantations.
Yes. All of our chocolate bars are certified organic, and our chocolate doesn’t contain any genetically modified ingredients.
Additionally, because our products have organic certification by the Biodynamic Association (BDA), no pesticides or herbicides are used in the production of any of the ingredients in our chocolate bars.
We aim to be as efficient and careful as possible when packaging your orders, but If there is a problem with your order, please get into contact with us and we will be happy to help to resolve any issues you have as soon as possible.
Our chocolate is fairly traded.
We are not registered fair trade, but we do follow the same principles and philosophy that the Fair Trade Association promotes.
Here at Mr Popple's Chocolate, we are big believers that everyone involved in the chocolate industry should benefit, including mother nature! That's why we work hard to invest in fairly traded products and ensure that every person in the chain is treated and paid fairly. The promotion of sustainable farming practise is also on the top of our agenda.
So whilst our packaging may not carry the logo, rest assured that we're doing our bit to make sure the way that we operate is fair for all.
Yes. All of Mr Popple’s Chocolate Bars are organically certified by the Biodynamic Association (BDA).
This means that everything that goes into our chocolate bars is non-GMO and hasn't been treated with pesticides or herbicides.
Yes. Our chocolate is vegetarian and vegan, we carefully select our ingredients to ensure they do not contain any animal products.

Subscription Box FAQ’s
Monthly Subscription Boxes: Your box will be packaged and sent out to you on the Wednesday following the 1st of each month, so you’ll receive your box of goodies within a couple of days of it being sent out.
Weekly Subscription Boxes: Your box will be packaged and sent out to you on the Wednesday of each week, so you’ll receive your box of goodies by the Friday of that week.
Fortnightly Subscription Boxes: Your box will be packaged and sent out to you on the Wednesday of each Fortnight, so you’ll receive your box of goodies by the Friday of that week.

Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time on your account page. Unpause at any time too, and your subscription will resume just as normal. Find these settings in your account subscription tab.
PACKAGING
We use fully recyclable / compostable cardboard boxes and cardboard postal boxes to ship our chocolate in. We use a cardboard alternative to bubblewrap to ensure your bars arrive intact.

Yes. We offer free UK shipping if you order 7 or more bars in an order.
Yes. Adding a handwritten note into a box of our organic vegan chocolate is the best way to personalise gifts for friends and loved ones. There is an option to add a message when you proceed to checkout from your cart page. If you’ve missed this, contact us as soon as you can and we will add it to the order before it’s shipped out.

ALLERGY INFORMATION
Our chocolate is free from the top 14 allergens. For nut allergies please refer to the containing nut FAQ.
Our recipes are all nut free, and the environment and equipment the chocolate is made in is also nut free.
We have not yet had our chocolate lab tested for traces of nuts, but will update this statement as soon as we have.

Yes. Our chocolate is completely dairy free and vegan. We use a range of vegan milks in our bars, which we think makes our chocolate even tastier.
Yes. Our chocolate doesn’t contain gluten and is suitable for those with gluten intolerances and coeliacs.

Joining our rewards programme is simple and easy. Just click on ‘My Account’ at the top of every page, and then ‘Create an Account’ (assuming you have not got an account registered with us already). Then follow on-screen instructions and fill in the details required to create your account.
There are a number of ways to earn points, the more you earn, the closer you are to getting free chocolate! The good thing is, it’s SO easy to earn points. Make sure you’re signed up to an account first. Check out the ways to earn below:

Each point has a value of £0.01. You earn 15 points for every £1 spent. Ensure you log in to your registered account regularly to keep up to date with how many points you have collected.
