How often will I receive my subscription box?
Monthly Subscription Boxes: Your box will be packaged and sent out to you on the Wednesday following the 1st of each month, so you’ll receive your box of goodies within a couple of days of it being sent out.
Weekly Subscription Boxes: Your box will be packaged and sent out to you on the Wednesday of each week, so you’ll receive your box of goodies by the Friday of that week.
Fortnightly Subscription Boxes: Your box will be packaged and sent out to you on the Wednesday of each Fortnight, so you’ll receive your box of goodies by the Friday of that week.
How do I change my choice of bars each time?
Please find instructions on our FAQ page with screenshots. If you are changing your bar choice please change this any time before your renewal date. You can find this in your account.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes you can, but we’ll be sad to see you leave. Find these settings in your account subscription tab.
Can I skip a box if I go on holiday?
Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time on your account page. Unpause at any time too, and your subscription will resume just as normal.
Packaging
What packaging do you use for deliveries / shipping?
We use fully recyclable / compostable cardboard boxes and cardboard postal boxes to ship our chocolate in. We use a cardboard alternative to bubblewrap to ensure your bars arrive intact. All tape used is paper based and plastic free.
Is the chocolate packaging home compostable / plastic free / recyclable?
Yes. All of our chocolate packaging is plastic-free and fully compostable. The inner film and outer cardboard are plant-based and can be composted along with your kitchen waste.
Can I add a custom note to my chocolate delivery?
Yes, you can add a handwritten note to your chocolate delivery by selecting the option during checkout. If you forget to add a note, contact Mr Popple’s as soon as possible, and they will include it before shipping your order.

While all Mr Popple’s Chocolate recipes are nut-free and made in a dedicated nut-free environment, some ingredients are sourced from suppliers who also handle nuts. Therefore, they cannot guarantee that the bars are completely free from traces of nuts. Contact Mr Popple’s for more information.
Are Mr Popple's Chocolate bars suitable for people with diabetes?
The chocolate bars sweetened with yacon syrup, such as the Signature Seventy, Euphoric Orange and Atey Ate%, have a very low glycemic index (GI) of just 1 out of 100, and should be suitable for people with diabetes. Pure Peruvian, the 100% Chocolate bar, is completely sugar free. However, it’s always best to consult with a healthcare professional for individual dietary advice.

How big are the bars?
We make 35g bars, with select flavours also available in 75g bars
Is the chocolate sugar free?
Our Pure Peruvian 100% Chocolate Bar is sugar free, and our yacon sweetened chocolate bars are also essentially sugar free, as the GI is just over 0. Our dairy free milk chocolate bars, are sweetened with coconut blossom which is a natural, unrefined type of sugar.
Is the chocolate palm oil free?
Yes. Mr Popple’s Chocolate is strictly palm oil free due to the negative environmental consequences resulting from the production of palm oil and the nature of its plantations.
Is the chocolate GM free?
Yes. All of our chocolate bars are certified organic, and our chocolate doesn’t contain any genetically modified ingredients. Additionally, because our products have organic certification by the Biodynamic Association (BDA), no pesticides or herbicides are used in the production of any of the ingredients in our chocolate bars.

Is your chocolate fair trade?
Our chocolate is fairly traded. We are not registered fair trade, but we do follow the same principles and philosophy that the Fair Trade Association promotes. Here at Mr Popple’s Chocolate, we are big believers that everyone involved in the chocolate industry should benefit, including mother nature! That’s why we work hard to invest in fairly traded products and ensure that every person in the chain is treated and paid fairly. The promotion of sustainable farming practise is also on the top of our agenda. So whilst our packaging may not carry the logo, rest assured that we’re doing our bit to make sure the way that we operate is fair for all.
Is the chocolate certified organic?
