FAQs
When will my box be sent?
Your box will be packaged and sent out to you on the Wednesday following the 1st of each month, so you’ll receive your box of goodies within a couple of days of it being sent out.
How do I change my choice of bars each month?
When you receive your subscription activation email, click on your order number (this is between 3 – 5 numbers long beginning with a “#”). This will take you to your subscription account. From there you can change your choice of bars for that month, your billing information, and your payment type. Do this any time before your renewal date. You can find the renewal date in your account.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes you can, but we’ll be sad to see you leave.
Can I skip a month if I go on holiday?
Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time on your account page. Unpause at any time too, and your subscription will resume just as normal.
