WHY "MYLK", AND HOW WE MAKE IT SO CREAMY
Most dairy-free milk chocolate has a reputation for being a poor stand-in: grainy, oddly sweet, a compromise you put up with. Ours started from a simple refusal to accept that. We build our mylk on a base of rice and oat milk, which brings a genuine creaminess, then add lucuma fruit for a soft, rounded sweetness and stone-grind the lot slowly until it is properly smooth. The "y" in mylk is our little flag that there is no dairy here, just plants doing a surprisingly convincing impression of it.

There is more range here than you might expect from dairy-free. The Dark Mylk 61% is the grown-up of the group, rich and rounded for those who find traditional milk chocolate too sweet. The Creamy Mylk 43% is the classic, smooth and comforting, while the Creamy Orange and Minty Mylk lift that same base with bright orange or cool peppermint oil.
