What is The Keto Diet?

The keto diet involves staying away from carbs and sugars as much as possible, but the ketogenic lifestyle shouldn’t mean that you can’t enjoy yourself. The keto diet consists of a high fat, moderate protein and very low carbohydrate intake.  In order to stay in ketosis (fat burning mode), it’s important to limit both types of carbohydrates: net carbs and total carbs.
